The Alliance
The European Alliance for SMC/BMC was founded already in 1993 as an industrial association of european companies involved in the technology of SMC and BMC to promote the technical and commercial advancement of this materials through common activities.
The European Alliance for SMC/BMC is not a legal entity, it is organised under the hood of EuCIA in Brussels/Belgium.

The European Alliance for SMC/BMC aims to promote the advantages of the high performance Composite materials SMC and BMC with a variety of activities, such as

In the past comprehensive work has been carried out in the fields of environmental benefits of SMC and BMC as well as in multiple application areas where the specific advantages of this material class have been pooled.
