The 3rd Automotive Seminar has been held in cooperation with PSA-Sevelnord, in Cambrai, France. Experts
from the SMC/BMC industry and raw material suppliers met with professionals from the car and truck industry. Speakers from DaimlerChrysler, MAN, Renault and from DSM Composite Resins, Byk-Chemie, Peguform, Lonza Compounds,
|

|
|
Menzolit-Fibron, Ashland and the SMC-Alliance informed about the latest developments in SMC
car and truck application. The seminar comprised a plant tour at PSA (production of the PSA-, Citroen-, Fiat- and Lancia-Minivan with SMC tailgate and SMC front fenders) and was a successful continuation of two
other very successful seminars hosted earlier by DaimlerChrysler and Jaguar.

by the famous architect Jaques-Ignace (Jakob Ignaz) Hittorff. This remarkable man was born in Cologne (1792) as a French citizen, he went to Paris, studied architecture and became a
