Registration
To register to the two days international Conference, please fill in the Registration Form, sign it and send it to the attention of Mrs. Anna Maroszek (Anna.Maroszek@eupc.org).The Registration Form should be send to us no later than 16th of January 2012.Conference cancelations after that date will not be considered and will be charged 100% of the total price.

Hotel Booking
The European Alliance for SMC/BMC had reserved a number of rooms for the participants at special rates at Van der Valk Brussels Airport Hotel and including special offers.To reserve your room, please return the Reservation Form to the hotel by the 24th of December 2011.
Reservations will be made on a first come, first serve basis according to availability. Please note that room rates and availabilities cannot be guaranteed after that date.
